- The rent is per cottage (not per person)
- Extra days can be discussed
- Children younger than 2 years stay for free (please mention them upon booking)
- Electricity and heating at cost price according to your usage:
- Electricity: 0.20 Euro per kWh (average costs)
- Heating on gas: 0.065 Euro per kWh (average costs)
- Cleaning the house at departure (unless you do this yourself):
- for 1 or 2 persons: 20 euro
- for 3 of 4 persons: 22 euro
- for 5 of 6 persons: 24 euro
- Aankomst vanaf 14u (behalve op zon- en feestdagen aankomst vanaf 16u)
- Vertrek om 10u (behalve op zon- en feestdagen vertrek om 12u)
- At the moment of the reservation we ask for an initial payment of
- 50 Euro for a weekend
- 75 Euro for a midweek
- 100 Euro for a week from September until Juni
- 150 Euro for a week from Juli until Augustus
- We give you our bank account number at that moment. If your bank charges too much for international payments we can offer you an alternative procedure.
- The rest of the rent has to be paid cash (in Euro) at arrival.
- The additional costs are settled at departure.
- Payments with debit and credit-cards are not possible.
