In the rural village Zuienkerke you will certainly settle down. Zuienkerke is situated between Bruges and the Belgian coast. Our holiday cottages lay in a quiet street at the edge of the village. There are a few small shops at a 5 minutes walk from the cottages.

Bruges is only 7 km (4.5 miles) and the beach resort Blankenberge is only 5 km (3.5 miles) from our holiday cottages. There you can visit a museum, attend a musical event, go to a restaurant or simply enjoy the pleasant ambiance of the city.

Via a quiet route you can reach Bruges as well as Blankenberge by bicycle.

Damme, Lissewege, De Haan, Ostend are also nearby and more than worth your visit!

In the flat landscape with lots of picturesque little villages around Bruges you find many walking and bicycle routes.

The junction number 18 of the cycling network "Brugse Ommeland Noord" is only 100m (110 yards) from our holiday cottages.

You can rent bicycles at Fre's Fietsen only 400m (0.25 miles) from our holiday cottages. (more info).

Also a walk on the beach in the healthy sea air will undoubtedly give you new energy!

In the nearby nature reserves Uitkerkse Polder and Meetkerkse Moeren you can enjoy the nature and the silence.

The children wil love our horse Fleur, our pony Katrientje, the sheep and their lambs, the chickens and their chicks and our 2 cats!

They will also have a great time on the swing, in the barn and on the courtyard of the former farm.
